  • Scrape outer skin of banana and slice it finely. Place this in a salt water.
  • Mix gram flour, chilly powder, ginger-garlic paste,salt and just enough sparkling water to make a thick batter.
  • Dip the sliced raw bananas and deep fry in hot oil. When its done, place on kitchen tissue to absorb excess oil.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney.
