Recipe: toasted sandwich with cheese and chicken salami

- Cut each roll in half and layer with slice of cheese, followed by salami, slice of tomato and other half of roll.
- Heat a nob of butter in a large frying pan and place each filled roll in the pan with the cheese layer nearest the bottom of the pan.
- Fry on a moderate heat, until the cheese starts to melt and the roll starts to crispen then carefully turn over and repeat on the other side.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot.
