French toast omelette sandwich - egg sandwich hack

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• salt
• pepper
• 10 g butter
• 2 slices sandwich bread
• 2 slices cheese (like cheddar, mimolette...)
• 1 slice ham
• 1 Tbsp chopped chives

Materials

• pan, spatula

Preparation

• Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
• Melt the butter in a pan and pour in the eggs. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  
• Place the two slices of sandwich bread on the omelette and flip immediately. Cook for another 2 minutes and then flip the omelette.
• Cook for 2 more minutes. Place cheese slices on each side and add a slice of ham on top.
  
• Sprinkle with chopped chives. Fold the edges of the omelette inward and then close the sandwich.
• And there you have it, your French toast omelette sandwich is ready!
