Sweet, savory and just a hint of lavender makes these little treats delicious to eat and beautiful to serve.

Ingredients

Number of serving: 10
1 pkg. Turkish Dried Apricots (about 40)

2/3 cup Mascarpone Cheese

2 teaspoons dried Lavender buds, ground in a coffee grinder

1/3 cup toasted finely chopped pecans

Preparation

  • Mix together the ground lavender and the mascarpone cheese.
  • Arrange the apricots on a platter.
  • Fill a pastry bag with the cheese and pipe onto each dried apricot.
  • Top with chopped pecans and serve.
