Ingredients: Chicken salami- 1 cup sliced and sauted; Peas- 1 cup par boiled; Snow peas- 1/2 cup(optional); Brocoli florets blanched- 1/2 cup(optional).I didn't use since I didn't have the in stock; Shredded cabbage-1/2 cup; baby corn- 1 cup boiled; ginger(grated)- 1/2 tsp; garlic(chopped)-1/2 tsp; For the dressing; 1 tbsp red chilli sauce/thai chillli sauce; 1 tsp honey; 1tbsp lemon juice; 1 tsp grated orange rind/orange juice; 1/2 tasp brown sugar; 1/2 tsp red chilli powder; salt and pepper to taste; lemon grass-the white part chopped; Thai tamarind sauce(optional)-1/2 tsp; For garnish; tomato slices
