Ahealthy salad or rather a wholesome meal made out of chicken salami and garden fresh vegetables scented with an amazing dressing. Can be your wholesome comforting meal as well.

Ingredients

• Chicken salami- 1 cup sliced and sauted
• Peas- 1 cup par boiled
• Snow peas- 1/2 cup(optional)
• Brocoli florets blanched- 1/2 cup(optional).I didn't use since I didn't have the in stock
• Shredded cabbage-1/2 cup
• baby corn- 1 cup boiled
• ginger(grated)- 1/2 tsp
• garlic(chopped)-1/2 tsp
• For the dressing
• 1 tbsp red chilli sauce/thai chillli sauce
• 1 tsp honey
• 1tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp grated orange rind/orange juice
• 1/2 tasp brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
• salt and pepper to taste
• lemon grass-the white part chopped
• Thai tamarind sauce(optional)-1/2 tsp
• For garnish
• tomato slices

Preparation

• Prepare the dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients.
  
  Mix all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
  
  Pour the dressing over.
  
  Toss gently.
  
  Garnish with tomato slices or lemon wedges.
