Chicken salami and vegetable salad

Ahealthy salad or rather a wholesome meal made out of chicken salami and garden fresh vegetables scented with an amazing dressing. Can be your wholesome comforting meal as well.


Number of serving: 2
Chicken salami- 1 cup sliced and sauted

Peas- 1 cup par boiled

Snow peas- 1/2 cup(optional)

Brocoli florets blanched- 1/2 cup(optional).I didn't use since I didn't have the in stock

Shredded cabbage-1/2 cup

baby corn- 1 cup boiled

ginger(grated)- 1/2 tsp

garlic(chopped)-1/2 tsp

For the dressing

1 tbsp red chilli sauce/thai chillli sauce

1 tsp honey

1tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp grated orange rind/orange juice

1/2 tasp brown sugar

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

salt and pepper to taste

lemon grass-the white part chopped

Thai tamarind sauce(optional)-1/2 tsp

For garnish

tomato slices


  • Prepare the dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients.

    Mix all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl.

    Pour the dressing over.

    Toss gently.

    Garnish with tomato slices or lemon wedges.
