Salmon, spinach, mushroom, feta flatbread pizza

Ingredients

Number of serving: 3
1 package of store-bought pizza dough

1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced

spinach, washed thoroughly

2-3 oz feta cheese, crumbled

1 salmon fillet, uncooked and diced

1 clove garlic, diced


powdered garlic

salt and pepper to taste

crushed red pepper, oregano

Preparation

  • Let dough rise according to packaged instructions. Roll out into the shape of whatever you're using to bake it - be it cookie or baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Once done, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush top of dough with olive oil and sprinkle some salt on. Add garlic and powdered garlic across top.
  • Layer spinach first so that it covers most of the pizza. None of that sissy stuff where you hardly see the ingredient.
  • Evenly distribute the remaining ingredients as you like. Cooking should take about 10-15 minutes. Keep checking and once the dough begins to turn golden, it's likely done.
  • Once cooked, immediately top with feta so it warms nicely. Slice as you wish before it cools too much, serve, and enjoy!
