Spicy brinjal fries with minced pork

Ingredients

• 1 medium Eggplant / Brinjal
• 200g Minced Pork / Chicken
• 6 Shitake Mushrooms
• 1 Chilli ( chopped )
• 1 small Onion
• 1 tsp Minced Garlic
• 1 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
• ½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
• ½ tsp Light Soy Sauce
• 30 ml Water
• Iceberg Lettuce for plating
• Corn or Plain Flour for Coating
• Oil for Frying

Marinade for Meat:

• 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
• ½ tsp Corn Flour
• 1 tsp Sesame Oil
• Pinch of Salt and Pepper
