Spinach and feta stuffed chicken

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 (10 Ounce) package of frozen spinach

1/2 cup of light mayo

1/2 cup of crumbled feta

2 garlic cloves chopped

Italian seasoning

pepper to taste

Preparation

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

In a medium bowl mix mayo, feta, garlic, spinach and pepper.

Butterfly the chicken breast making sure you don't cut all the way through the chicken.

Stuff chicken breast with mixture and sprinkle with italian seasoning.

Place in a shallow baking dish and bake for 1 hour or until chicken is not pink.
