- Cook shark in water, ( do not over cook) peel off the skin from the shark and drain excess water from the shark meat. Shred meat, add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix well. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add fennel, when it begins to change colour, add chopped shallots, curry leaves and saute.
- Add green chilly, garlic cloves, stir and when they are cooked add shredded shark meat, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, chilly+coriander powder, salt and mix well, cook on low heat, until everything is well combined.
- Serve with rice.
