Sweet sour pomfret
Pomfret dish with sweet sour sauce and other vegetable as garnishing

Preparation
- Smear turmeric powder, salt and cornstarch mix with water all over the fish.
- Fry fish, put aside after fish turn golden yellow.
- Use frying oil (5 tablespoons), sauté blended ingredients, chili and carrots. Stir until fragrant and well blended.
- Put the chili sauce, plum sauce and tomato sauce. Once blended, add onions, cubed cucumber and tomato. Let it boiled.
- Lay fish in a dish pan and pour the cooked sauce.
- Ready to serve with rice.
