1 pomfret fish (medium size)

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 onions (1 clove sliced, 1 clove blended)

2 cloves garlic - blended

10mm ginger - blended

10 dried chilies - blended

1 stalk lemon grass - blended

Thinly sliced ​​carrots lengthwise

Red chilies cut diagonally

Cubed tomatoes

Diced cucumber for garnish

Preparation

  • Smear turmeric powder, salt and cornstarch mix with water all over the fish.
