Pomfret dish with sweet sour sauce and other vegetable as garnishing

Ingredients

• 1 pomfret fish (medium size)
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 onions (1 clove sliced, 1 clove blended)
• 2 cloves garlic - blended
• 10mm ginger - blended
• 10 dried chilies - blended
• 1 stalk lemon grass - blended
• Thinly sliced ​​carrots lengthwise
• Red chilies cut diagonally
• Cubed tomatoes
• Diced cucumber for garnish
• Cooking oil
• Salt
• Sugar
• Turmeric powder
• Tomato sauce
• Chili sauce
• Plum sauce

Preparation
