- Peel and slice the potatoes. Put them in a big pot, cover with water, salt, and bring to boil. Then, cook 10 minutes.
- In a pan, put some oil and cook the minced onions. When they are starting to get transparent, add the bacon, cut in pieces, and cook it.
- Butter a dish, and put half the cooked potatoes. Put on top of it half the onions and bacon.
- Do it once again, then put the cream on top.
- Cut the Reblochon wheel cheese in half on its lenght, and arrange it, skin facing up. Pour white wine on it.
- Bake 20 minutes at 430 °F.
- There you are, your Tartiflette is ready !
