Peel and slice the potatoes. Put them in a big pot, cover with water, salt, and bring to boil. Then, cook 10 minutes.
In a pan, put some oil and cook the minced onions. When they are starting to get transparent, add the bacon, cut in pieces, and cook it.
Butter a dish, and put half the cooked potatoes. Put on top of it half the onions and bacon.
Do it once again, then put the cream on top.
Cut the Reblochon wheel cheese in half on its lenght, and arrange it, skin facing up. Pour white wine on it.
Bake 20 minutes at 430 °F.
There you are, your Tartiflette is ready !
