Want a new way to serve a filet mignon, this piece of pork meat ? Add some crunch and flavors with this really simple recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 puff pastry sheet
• 1 lb filet mignon
• 2 slices of ham
• 3.5 oz grated cheese
• sal
• pepper
• 1 egg yolk

Preparation

• Unroll the pastry and cut the edges if it is a round sheet. Put the 2 slices of ham and sprinkle with grated cheese.
• Quickly cook the filet mignon on all its sides.
  
• Put it on the pastry sheet and roll it well.
• If you have pastry leftovers, use it to make stripes to decorate. Brush with egg yolk.
  
• Bake 35 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
