Preparation
- Unroll the pastry and cut the edges if it is a round sheet. Put the 2 slices of ham and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Quickly cook the filet mignon on all its sides.
- Put it on the pastry sheet and roll it well.
- If you have pastry leftovers, use it to make stripes to decorate. Brush with egg yolk.
- Bake 35 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
