- Clean pork belly and cut into strips and then into slightly larger than bite-sized pieces as the meat will shrink during cooking.
- Place all ingredients into slow cooker, toss well to coat the meat evenly.
- Cook on high for about an hour or until it starts to boil, then reduce setting to low and cook for another 2 hours or longer if you prefer the meat to be softer.
