Taucu pork ribs (salted bean paste)

Pork Ribs must be washed and clean else you might have bits of tiny left over bones. Some people call it Tauchu or taucu or fermanted salted soy beans.

- Wash & Cut Ribs.
Chop garlic to tiny cubes. - Marinate Ribs at least 20-30mins with sesame oil- you can put it in fridge.
- Heat up oil, fry garlic, fry 10 secs.
Add taucu, sugar, ginger. - Add chicken, mix it up, add water for 20mins.
