Fresh and smoked salmon terrine

Whether fresh or smoked, we love salmon around here! Do you too?! Great, we've made a terrine! Easy to prepare, it will allow you to get the whole family to eat fish. - 1 loaf pan 22x11 cm

Roughly chop the fresh salmon and blend it with the eggs, garlic, cream, and chives until you achieve a uniform mixture.
Line the bottom of the loaf pan with smoked salmon slices. Pour 1/3 of the mixture over it. Place smoked salmon slices on top and repeat the process.
Pour the remaining mixture on top and place the mold in a water bath. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 50 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and extend the baking time for an additional 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Gently unmold and sprinkle with chopped fresh chives, and it's ready!
Observations
You can eat this terrine hot or cold.
