If you love smoked salmon as much as fresh salmon this eas recipe is made for you

Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
460 gr smoked salmon

180 gr fresh salmon


1 tsp garlic powder

20 cl cream

10 gr chives

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Two salmons terrine
    Cut the salmon in slices and blend it with the eggs + garlic + cream + chives until you have an uniform texture.
  • Step 2 - Two salmons terrine
    Cover the bottom of the mold with smoked salmon slices. Pour the batter on top of it. Cover with smoked salmon slices and repeat these steps.
  • Step 3 - Two salmons terrine
    Pour the rest of the batter on top and put the mold in a water bath. Cover the mold with aluminium foil and bake 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 4 - Two salmons terrine
    Remove the aluminium foil and bake 10 min at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 5 - Two salmons terrine
    Unmold slowly and sprinkle with some fresh chives !

Observations:

You can eat it hot or cold !
