Zucchini and smoked salmon terrine

Cut off the ends of the zucchinis. Then roughly chop the zucchinis to blend them in a chopper.
Thoroughly squeeze out the water using a strainer or kitchen towel.
Mix the eggs, cream, corn starch, crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper, and chopped chives.
Add the squeezed zucchinis and mix well.
Line the bottom of a loaf pan with smoked salmon slices, then cover with a layer of the zucchini mixture.
Add a layer of smoked salmon, then another layer of the zucchini mixture.
Place the mold in a water bath and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C), then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Let it cool and gently unmold onto a serving platter. It's ready!
