Zucchini with capsicum, shimeji mushroom & prawns

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
Green Zucchini - 1 no (if small size 2 nos)

Yellow Zucchini or Yellow Capsicum - 1/2 no

Red Capsicum - 1/2 no

Shimeji Mushroom - 1 box

Prawns - 8 nos

Garlic - 1 clove (chopped finely)


Seasoning Sauce:

3 tablepsoons Stock

1/2 teaspoon Vetsin

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Light Sauce

1 teaspoon Fish Sauce

1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce

1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

1 teaspoon Huatiao Wine

1/2 teaspoon Cornflour

Pepper

Preparation

  • Cut zucchini, capsicum and prawns into cubes.
  • Heat 2 tablepsoons of olive oil to fry garlic till fragrant.
  • Add prawns to fry for 1/2 minutes, then add in the rest of the vegetables and stir fry for awhile.
  • Add in the seasoning sauce and stir fry for another minute till the sauce heat through.
  • Dish out and serve.
