Zucchini with Capsicum, Shimeji Mushroom & Prawns
Preparation

Cut zucchini, capsicum and prawns into cubes.

Heat 2 tablepsoons of olive oil to fry garlic till fragrant.

Add prawns to fry for 1/2 minutes, then add in the rest of the vegetables and stir fry for awhile.

Add in the seasoning sauce and stir fry for another minute till the sauce heat through.

Dish out and serve.
