Wash the zucchinis and cut them roughly. Then chop the zucchinis in a food processor (or grate them).
Remove all the juice from the zucchinis by pressing them in a sieve.
Mash the feta with a fork. Add thyme, rosemary, pepper, and the crushed garlic, and mix.
Then add the flour, egg, and zucchinis, and mix well.
Form small mounds using cookie cutters on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and greased with olive oil. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (430°F) for 20 minutes.
