Vegetarian club sandwich
A triple vegetarian sandwich, without meat or fish. Very complete. It's like a mixed salad in sandwich form :D You can add your favorite sauce, but yogurt gives it a very light touch. Ideal for taking it on a picnic!

- Toaster or frying pan
Preparation
Toast 2 of the 3 slices of bread.
First, place one slice of toasted bread as the base. Spread yogurt on the bread.
Place cucumber slices on top and then add 1 slice of bread that is not toasted on top.
Now, add the tomato slices, then the sliced hard-boiled egg, and the lettuce. Finish with the second slice of toasted bread.
And there you have it! Your vegetarian club sandwich is ready!

Terrible n dry sandwich. Has no seasonings n no butter or mayo. Too dry, little children and the elderly will choke on this dry pieces of toast.
