- When oil is heated, fry the chillies and shallots until the oil floats.
Add in the calamansi juice, soya sauce, curry leaves and salt to taste
Stir all in very quickly before adding the fish slices and fried potatoes.
Continue stirring to combine all the ingredients together before removing from heat.
