The gfcf recipe experience: easy peasy biscuits


Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups GF all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup CF butter
- 2 cups CF buttermilk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425°. Place the flour, baking powder, and salt in mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer until blended. Add the butter and beat until the mixture resembles a coarse meal. Gradually add the buttermilk to form a smooth batter. Spoon the batter into greased muffin cups, or drop by heaping tablespoon unto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
