Fail-proof homemade mayonnaise
It's always useful to know how to make homemade mayonnaise. There are actually three types: mustard, vinegar, or lemon. Here we present a mayonnaise that is half mustard and half vinegar.

Materials
- blender
Preparation
In a measuring cup, crack the egg and add the vinegar.
Add the mustard and salt.
Quickly mix it all using a fork, and when the mixture is homogeneous, let it sit for a few seconds. It is said that the mustard 'cooks' the egg.
While mixing with an immersion blender, drizzle in the oil until the mayonnaise reaches the desired consistency.
And there you have it, your mayonnaise is ready!
Observations
Egg white: You can remove it from your preparation, but your mayonnaise will be less light.
Utensil: Here we used an immersion blender, and it's thanks to this utensil that your mayonnaise will be fail-proof. However, if you prefer to use an electric whisk, that's commendable, but the result may not be as guaranteed :-)
