French homemade mayonnaise - Video recipe!
Always helpful to know how to make mayonnaise. Here is a French version of it, using Dijon mustard.
Preparation
- In a deep container, put the egg and the vinegar.
- Add the mustard and salt.
- Quickly mix it all using a fork. Leave it for a few seconds (it is said that the mustard cooks the egg).
- While mixing with a hand blender, drizzle with the oil, until the mayonnaise gets the right consistency.
- There you are, your mayonnaise is ready!
