Eggless milk mayonnaise - lactonesa
vote now
Not everyone likes mayonnaise, whether store-bought or homemade. Many people also dislike eating raw eggs. Lactonesa is the solution! It's much smoother and lighter. Plus, since it doesn't contain raw eggs, it lasts longer in the refrigerator. In just 3 minutes, you'll have a delicious milk mayonnaise! :)

Materials
- Hand blender, glass bowl
Preparation
In a blender cup, combine milk, vinegar, and salt. Blend until it starts to foam.
Gradually add the oil in a thin stream while continuously blending.
It will thicken gradually. If you prefer a thinner mayonnaise, add less oil.
And there you have it! Your mayonnaise is ready to accompany meats, fish, fries, meatballs, salads...
Observations
* You can store it in an airtight jar (previously sterilized). It lasts more than a week in the refrigerator, but it's advisable to use it within 4-5 days after making it.
* If you don't have apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar, you can use lemon juice.
