How to steam zucchini?
For an easy and healthy side dish, enjoy these steamed zucchini! Ultra melting, they will be perfect with a piece of white meat or fish. And to add some extra flavors, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt will be perfect ;-)

Preparation
- Wash your courgettes and peel every other strip. Cut them into slices.
- Put water in the bottom of your steamer then place your zucchini slices in the basket. Cover everything and cook for at least 6 minutes. At the end of this time, the zucchini will be “al dente”. If you prefer them softer, extend this time by 2 minutes.
- Remove from the steamer basket and serve! Enjoy!

How to level up my steamed zucchini?
As mentioned in the introduction to this recipe, a simple drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt are used to beautify our cooked zucchini. However, don't hesitate to add a pinch of pepper, Provence herbs or even cumin.
