Mexican chicken drumsticks with a delicious marinade
Today we're traveling to Mexico with these delicious Mexican-style chicken drumsticks, for a meal that's super easy to prepare! :-) Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a marinade to die for, the whole family will love it, we guarantee it! Whether for a family dinner or for a TV set, these little chicken drumsticks are sure to seduce you ;-)

- 1 airtight glass ovenproof container (or gratin dish + cling film)
Preparation
Pour the olive oil and lime juice into the airtight container. Add Cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, ground cumin, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Combine everything.
Place the drumsticks on the marinade and close the box.
Shake the box well so that the chicken is well coated. Refrigerate the box for 1 hour.
Remove the lid and cook the chicken drumsticks in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
It's ready! Sprinkle with fresh coriander and add lime juice before enjoying!

Observations
Toppings:
You can add lime juice on the drumsticks and sprinkle the top with chopped coriander.
Sauce:
A yogurt sauce will go perfectly with these chicken drumsticks. Mix yogurt with lemon juice and chopped coriander. Season to your taste and voila! perfect for a successful TV set!
Marinade:
You can leave the chicken to marinate for 1 hour to 1 night.
Spices:
Feel free to substitute spices to create your perfect combination!
Airtight box:
We used an airtight glass container so that we only used one container for the entire recipe. If you don't have one, don't panic: you can use a freezer bag or a gratin dish covered with cling film.
