Swedish potatoes - video recipe !
If you don't know how to cook your potatoes, try this european way !

Mix together the minced garlic, the olive oil, paprika and parsley.
After a good wash, cut your potato in very thin slices, but don't cut it entirely ( you can use chopsticks on each side of the potato as a stopper).
Brush each potato with the oil mix, don't forget to bruch delicately between the slices
Salt, pepper, then bake for 40 minutes at 400°F.
It's ready ! Enjoy !
