Mix together the flour, the corn flour, the salt and the baking powder, and form a hollow in the center. Pour the water and mix well (using an electric whisk will help). Put this batter in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Shell the prawn, making sure you leave the tail.
When the batter is cold, dip each prawn in it, to cook them directly.
Fry in a big fryer, or in a pan deep enough. Leave around 4 minutes, or until the batter is golden.
Your golden fried prawns are ready to be devour with some sweet and sour sauce !
