Let's try this little pie baked in an Easter mood with little quail eggs !

- Cut 12 circles in the first puff pastry sheet
- Put them in a muffin mold and sting the bottom of each one with a fork
- In a bowl, mix together the sausage meat, minced garlic and onion, salt, pepper, egg yolks and chopped parsley
- Put some stuffing in every mold
- Cook quail eggs during 4 minutes in boiling water. Peel them and put one in every mold
- In the other pastry sheet, cut 12 smaller circles than the first ones
- Cover each pie with it, then brush it with some egg yolk
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F / 180°C
- It's ready !
