Little easter pies - video recipe !
Let's try this little pie baked in an Easter mood with little quail eggs !
Ingredients
Preparation
Cut 12 circles in the first puff pastry sheet
Put them in a muffin mold and sting the bottom of each one with a fork
In a bowl, mix together the sausage meat, minced garlic and onion, salt, pepper, egg yolks and chopped parsley
Put some stuffing in every mold
Cook quail eggs during 4 minutes in boiling water. Peel them and put one in every mold
In the other pastry sheet, cut 12 smaller circles than the first ones
Cover each pie with it, then brush it with some egg yolk
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F / 180°C
