A Treasure of Greens With Gingko Nuts
After eating this dish from the restaurant, I came home wanting to try my hands at this dish but without the lotus root. I substituted it with asparagus and I added in some sweet peas and arrowroots. It was a simple stir fry kind of veggies put together with gingko nuts. I love the simple taste whereby one can taste the natural sweetness of the veggies. The Gingko nuts are good for memory.
