Blackbird Bakery ? Gourmet Gluten Free

Blackbird Bakery is Texas’s first gourmet gluten free online bakeshop and was founded in 2008 by Karen Morgan.  After seven years of recipe development using classical French and Italian baking techniques, the treats Blackbird has to offer are so delicious you forget you are eating gluten free. 

In 2009 Ms. Morgan sold her cookbook, Blackbird Bakery Gluten Free, to Chronicle Books of San Francisco.  It too is the first gluten free cookbook of its’ kind to be purchased by Chronicle and hits the shelves in early October of this year.
