Capsicum Pulao
Capsicum Pulao: Ingredients: 100g capsicum cut into medim sized 1tbp oil 3-4 cloves1 inch cinnamon stick 2 cardamon 2 bay leaves 1 sliced onion 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 cup coconut milk rice Method of preparation: Heat oil and add cinnamon stick,cloves,cardamom,bay leaves and fry them.Add gingergarlic paste and onion, saute them till they turn into light brown.Add chopped capsicum and salt.Then finally add the coconut milk rice and mix well, but gently so as not to break rice.Once all mix well you can smell the nice flavour of the capsicum in this stage,transfer it out into a serving bowl and Serve hot.
