Cauliflower and peas poriyal
The Recipe: The Ingredients: Cauliflower-1 cut to small florets Green peas- 1/2 cup Onion-1no Cumin seeds-1tsp Green chilly-3nos Coconut-2tbsMustard seeds-1tsp Procedure: 1. Boil green peas until soft. Drain water and keep it aside. 2. Grind coconut and green chillies to a smooth paste. 3.Heat oil and add mustard and cumin seeds. When they splutter ad onion and saute it. 4, When golden brown add the paste, turmeric powder and salt and keep the flame low. 5. When oil is separated add cauliflower and green peas and add little water. 6. Cover with lid and on low flame cook until the poriyal becomes dry. 7. Serve as side dish. related searches : Cauliflower
