Chicken w/ Barbeque Sauce
Ingredients: 4 slices deboned chicken breast salt and pepper 1 cup bread crumbs 1 egg bottled barbeque sauce oil for frying Procedure: 1) Arrange chicken slices on a plate and pat dry. Season each breast, on both sides with salt and pepper. 2) Crack the egg on a shallow bowl and whisk slightly. Place breadcrumbs on a plate. 3) Dip a slice of chicken on egg then cover with bread crumbs. 4) Heat oil in a pan then fry the chicken slices until golden brown. 5) Arrange on a platter and pour barbeque sauce on top.
