None of the wings have a thing on them, they are all fried first naked, then immediately submersed in one of the sauces. Each batch of wings is coated while still very hot right into the flavored sauces. Spicy Garlic Marsala Wings 2 fresh minced cloves of garlic 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, garlic powder 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup Marsala Wine minced parsley for garnish Saute garlic in olive oil, add butter, cayenne pepper, garlic powder marsala wine..cook down for 2 minutes . Stir hot fried wings into sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. 1/4 cup melted butter 2 tablespoon yellow mustard 4 tablespoons brown sugar 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup of hot sauce 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper,black pepper or more if you like extra hot 2 whole garlic cloves roasted (Drizzle garlic with olive oil, then wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.) Stir hot fried wings into sauce. 1/4 butter melted 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon each parsley, oregano, crushed red pepper, black pepper, garlic powder 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic chopped fine 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated Stir hot fried wings into sauce. 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon of fresh ground black pepper, minced garlic 1 teaspoon garlic powder and cayenne pepper 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup butter parsley for garnish Stir hot fried wings into sauce. Sprinkle with more black pepper.
