Fast & Furious Spin
What a great Monday! I rarely say this, although I am learning to like Mondays, especially if they start out on the right foot. Today did?with an early Spin class. Guaranteed my legs will burn tomorrow, I?m surprised they aren?t sore already! Killer class. 606 calories burned in 62 minutes. For all you ?Spinners? out there you may find this humorous, I did. The instructor this AM, continued to say ?turn the knob two or three full turns?. He was referring to the resistance knob, of course. Well, any Spin bike I?ve ever used, a 1/2 to 1 turn makes it nearly impossible to pedal smoothly. There was NO WAY this instructor turned his resistance up that high, since his legs were moving a mile a second, literally. I was basically laughing when he said that. I digress? Breakfast was a Naked Protein Shake while getting ready for work at the gym. It was amazing! No pic. Lunch? Tuna, cuc, tom, onion, pickle Notice, I am trying something new and different each day, once again, an awesome perk!! Siggi?s Vanilla ? creamy and delicious ? Siggi?s is FOR SURE my new favorite yogurt
Dinner was veggie-fied. Steamed asparagus and broccoli
