Apple, strawberry, lettuce, and cashew salad

Ingredients

• 3-4 cups chopped lettuce
• 1 granny smith apple, sliced
• 10 strawberries
• 1/2 green pepper, sliced
• Handful of cashewnuts
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Preparation

• Tart apples, sweet strawberries on a bed of lettuce, with cashews for crunch, all dressed in red wine vinegar and olive oil.
