Ingredients

• 1 onion cubed
• 1/2 cup chinese parsley chopped
• 1/2 cup of julienned bell pepper
• 2 lemons
• 1 carrot julienned
• 1 jalapeno chopped
• 2 tomatoes chopped
• 1/2 cucumber cubed
• 3 cups of chopped Romaine Lettuce

• 1 lbs of tilapia
• 1/2 lemon
