Remove chicken breast from refrigerator 10 minutes before cooking.
Pour a drizzle of oil into a hot frying pan.
Add the chicken breast and brown for 1 min on each side.Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
Turn the chicken breast over, cover again and cook for 4 minutes.
