Fill er up!

By Consider This! (Visit website)

Man, am I ever draggin!
I was all sorts of negative this morning so I promptly picked my booty up, yoga mat dragging behind me, and didn't look back. I needed to soak up all the energy I could, and knew I was better off on my mat than I was knee deep in negativity at home.

I simply allowed myself to open up to the energy of the room today and re-charge. No clear intentions other than opening, pressure was off. Slow and deliberate stretches allowed my body to recover from yesterday's workout, dislodging the stagnant energy that I have obviously accumulated.

I was hoping to gain some fresh energy from all of this, however I couldn't seem to find any. I still managed to muster up something, let's just call it hope, and decided to stay for Pilates.
Girl works up a mean muscle in this class, lemme tell ya!

After a shit ton of C-Curves and curse words I was running on empty and made it home for some fuel. I headed strait to the source.
Enter: Veggie Burger!

But let's backtrack a bit, shall we?

So, during the weekend grocery pick up, I spotted Arnold's Sandwich Thins...
"Hey Im new and exciting! Buy me!"
...said the little bag of buns, so into the basket they went.
I split them up with daddio, as he promptly took notice of there "PBJ potential."

Well, today I deemed them worthy of the holy burger creation.
In the words of Sister Beyonce´... "I don't think it was ready for my jelly!"

Now, Im not dissin my skinny friend here, but they can't exactly carry there own weight, if ya know what I mean. I need me some chew in my burger, and this one sadly fell short.
It was still delicious, just not at it's full potential, that's all.
I overwhelmed this one with all sort's of good things:
spread with Roasted pepper hummus,
a sprinklin of herbs and Roasted veg
All by way of the Gardenburger

I'll save these dainty fella's for the more humble of the two, the PB&J.

Oh, and this little guy made his way into my mouth as well.
They always do!

Later Gators, I smell a nap!
