Flaky baskets with smoked salmon
There's no doubt about it, recipes made with puff pastry are often the tastiest. Today we will look at how to make simple dumplings with smoked salmon and fresh goat cheese: the perfect combination to bring a mouth-watering appetiser to the table.

Cut the puff pastry roll into 4 parts. Then place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Cut the salmon into little pieces, then mix it with fresh goat cheese. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Spread the mixture on the 4 pieces of puff pastry.
Fold the corners towards the centre (see the video tutorial at the bottom of the page).
Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
