Gobi curry
Here comes another recipe with gobi, the gobi curry.
Items required:Gobi florets - 2 cups Big onion - 1 Green chilly - 1 Red chilli powder - 2 spoons Coriander powder - 1 spoon Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 3 pods Turmeric powder - 1 spoon Salt - as required Cooking oil - 3 spoons Steps to follow: 1. Boil the gobi florets with little salt and turmeric powder and keep aside. 2. Grind onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander powder with little water, to a fine paste. 3. Heat oil and add the ground masala paste, saute well till u feel the aroma. 4. Then add the red chilli powder with very little salt and saute for few more minutes. 5. Finally add the gobi florets and mix well with the paste and close the lid. 6. Switch off the stove when the paste gets dry and coated to the florets. 7.
