Gobi,potato and peas curry
I always add peas to most of my curry dishes. Gobi, potato and peas make a nice combo. Herez the recipe for the curry. Items required: Gobi florets - 2 cups Big potato - 1 Green peas - 1/2 cup Tomato - 1 (Chopped) Garlic pods - 3 (Crushed) Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon Curry leaves - 5 Coriander leaves - few Salt - as required Cooking oil - 3 spoons Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon Red chilli powder - 2 spoons (or as per your spice level) Steps to follow: 1. Boil the potato and peel off the skin, and cut it to cubes. 2. Boil the cauliflower florets in water with little salt. 3. Heat oil in kadai, splutter mustard seeds and add cumin seeds and curry leaves. 4. Then add the crushed garlic and saute for few seconds. 5. Add chopped tomato and saute till it becomes soft. 6. Next, add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and little salt and saute for few more minutes. 7. Next add the potato cubes, cauliflower florets and peas. 8. Mix well with the ingredients, saute for few more seconds and close it with lid. 9. Open the lid, add coriander leaves and saute for 20 seconds and switch off the stove. 10.
