Grilled fish chutney wali
You need
500 g whole red snapper or pomfret fillets ½ teaspoon salt for marinade ½ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon red chilli powder 2 teaspoon juice of lemon First marinate the whole fish / fish fillets with above ingredients and keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Green Chutney ingredients : 150 g coriander leaves 50 g mint leaves 2 green chillies 10 cloves garlic 10 small onions / shallots 2 tablespoon juice of lemon 2 teaspoon amchur powder ( dry mango powder ) Salt to taste Make a chutney with above ingredients and marinate fish again with green chutney and refrigerate for another 30 minutes. Other ingredients Cooking oil 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder Lemon wedges and onion rings for garnishing Method Check the seasoning and then heat a thick- bottomed griddle / hot plate on medium heat and grill these marinated fish fillets / whole red snapper using a little oil . Grill each side for about 3 minutes . To serve spread on a platter and garnish it with lemon wedges and onion rings Sprinkle chaat masala on top of the fish. related searches : Grilled
