1 Big bunch of fresh coriander


3-4 Green chillies

1 Lemon juice

4-5 Garlic cloves

7-8 Pudina leaves

1/4 cup of tamarind

2 tsp mustard oil

salt to taste

Preparation

  • Soak tamarind in water till it is tender, take out the seeds and make a paste. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend to make a smooth paste. and finally add the mustard oil.
