Happy Birthday, Frances!

Frances Kuyper was the authority on fondant, airbrush, 2D carving and painting on cake in the 1950's-1980's and is an icon. In fact, sources say that Frances is credited with introducing these techniques to American cake decorators. She currently sells her books and DVD's online.
