Hyderabadi Chicken
Hyderabadi Chicken Ingredients Chicken ½ kgTomato chopped 1 to 2 Curry leaves 8 to 10 Cream ½ cup Tamarind paste ½ cup Green coriander chopped ½ bunch Whole cumin 1 tsp Red chili crushed 1 tbsp Mustard seed ½ tsp All spice powder ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Oil for fry Salt to taste Method In a mixing bowl mix chicken, salt and ginger garlic paste and fry it. In another pan pour oil and cook tomato. Then add 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tbsp crushed red chili, ½ tsp all spice powder, salt and ½ cup tamarind paste to sauté. Now put 8 to 10 curry leaves and chicken to tender. When chicken tenderized, mix ½ cup cream and cook for 1 to 2 minute and dish it out.
