- Clean the chicken with water, add lemon juice & salt mix well. Then add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, 1 tbs ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and curd and keep for minimum of 1 hour.
- Chop onion, tomato and green chili. Grind 3/4 of chopped onion in smooth paste add little water if required.
- In a pan heat oil add cloves, cardamom, peppercorn and remaining chopped onion fry until onion become transparent. Now add onion paste, 1 tbs ginger garlic paste and fry until oil separates, add tomato, green chili and cook for 2 mins.
- Add marinated chicken and mix well, cook for 5 mins with lid on. Check for spice and salt and if anything required add now. Cook in medium heat until chicken gets tender and cooked around 10-15 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
