Let's make healthy mushroom soup!

You can get these ingredients easily...
Let's start!
1 tsp of oil
800g white button mushroom
1 large white onion
1/2 vegetable stock cube (you can use soya sauce & salt instead)
1 1/2 cup of water
1 cup of low fat fresh milk


Let's start!!
Put a teaspoon of oil into the pan...
sauteed your white onions...till soft...


Add in the mushrooms...and keep stirring it...


Add in 1/2 cup of water
simmer it on low heat for 2 mins...
let it cool in the pan...

Blend it!
Add in the remaining water


Reboil it!
Put the chicken stock cube in...& stir....


Lastly...pour in the milk...
Stir again.

taste it...
if you feel that it's not salty enough, add salt & soya sauce

If it's not thick enough,
mix some flour with water...
stir into the soup slowly to meet the desired consistency


sprinkle it with ground black pepper and chopped parsley~
And here's the healthy mushroom soup~~
No cream at all!!
So you can enjoy it without feeling sinful =)
