1/2 Red Pepper

1/2 Yellow Pepper

1 small White Onion

2 cloves minced Garlic

1 - 2 stalks of Celery

14 ounces can of Corn

28 ounces can of Crushed Tomatoes

14 ounces can of Pinto Beans

14 ounces can of Black Beans

14 ounces can of Red Kidney Beans

1 1/2 tablespoons of Chili Powder

1 tablespoon of Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Dried Cilantro

1 teaspoon Cumin

Dash of Hot Sauce



  • Saute all of your veggies excluding garlic in olive oil until the onions start to look transparent.
  • Add your garlic and saute together for about 1 minute or until the garlic becomes fragrant.
  • Then add all of your ingredients together in a large pot and let simmer on the stove for about an hour, stirring regularly.
