Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole
6 cups potatoes, hand mashed
1/2 cup milk 1 package (250g) cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 2 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1 cup extra old Cheddar cheese 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In an electric mixer, beat potatoes, milk, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley, garlic salt and nutmeg until mixture is smooth. Transfer mixture into a 13x9 casserole dish, sprinkle on Cheddar and bacon. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Bake for an additional 5 minutes uncovered.
